The Glennallen School Parent-Teacher Organization wishes to recognize one graduating senior from 2015 that experienced a positive change as a result of attendance at GS. Scholarship funds may apply to any post-secondary education pursuits, including vocational/technical training, two-year college, or traditional four-year college study. A check for the full scholarship amount ($500) will be made directly to the post-secondary institution. Complete application details can be found in the two attached documents. Deadline is May 1st.
Alaska high school students, do you have a dream for your future? The Alaska State Fair wants to help you achieve it! We are currently accepting applications for our 2015 scholarships. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, April 15 at 4:30 p.m. Who can apply? All Alaska junior and senior high school students who plan to attend college or vocational school are eligible to apply. But please note that if you applied last year, you cannot resubmit last year’s application, as resubmissions from the previous year will be disqualified. Click here for more information. The Elmer & Ruth Schwantes Scholarship Fund awards scholarship(s) for study at colleges, universities, and trade and technical schools located in the United States. Scholarships for the 2015-2016 academic year will be one-year scholarships. The scholarship(s) will be awarded based upon a combination of need and merit. Scholarship awards for the 2015-2016 academic year will be determined from applicants with a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Application information is attached. Due March 31st.

The Adrina Knutson Memorial Scholarship to promote positive, passionate living is now available to CRSD graduates of 2009-2014 and seniors of 2015. All details of the scholarship can be found in the attachment below. Applications are due March 30th.

The Alaska Association of School Business Officials (ALASBO) will award two scholarships for the upcoming school year based on the following guidelines:
1. There will be two $1,000 scholarships. This is the McClain J. Mack "Easton" Memorial Scholarship. 2. The scholarship will be available to high school seniors. Applicants must obtain a sponsor who is a current ALASBO member. Please contact Mrs. Kramer in the CRSD Business Officee as she can sponsor you. 3. The applicant must intend to enroll in an accredited 2 or 4-year college or university in a degree related course of study or a vocational education program.
