All seniors in the Copper River School District are encourage to apply. Awards are for individuals who will be full-time students, in any course, which leads to a certificate or degree in an apprenticeship program; trade, technical or vocational school; or an accredited college. See the attachment for further details. Due April 20th. Qualifications: 1. Be sponsored by an Active or Associate Member. 2. Have been a resident of Alaska for not less than four (4) years, or have attended school in Alaska for at least two (2) years. 3. Have demonstrated success in an academic or vocational field. 4. Plan to attend an accredited post secondary school or training program for at least one year. Details of the application can be found in the attachment. Due April 17th.
Applicants must plan to pursue a career in the Alaska Hospitality Industry, be an Alaskan resident of at least two years prior to applying for the scholarship, and be accepted into an accredited university or vocational school. Click here for application information. Due April 30th.
The Alaska CHARR Education Fund awards scholarships once a year to Alaska residents who are interested in pursuing a career in the Alaskan hospitality industry. The deadline to submit scholarship applications to the CHARR office is May15. Click here to apply. Due May 15th.
The Sy Neeley Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to current year graduating students residing in the Copper River School District. The scholarship is intended for those going into the vocational trades. Preference will be given to those going into the construction trades. It is due May 1st. See the attachment below for details.

Spend the day getting to know the opportunities and inspiration that await students by attending a sample class, touring campus, checking out the dorm and dining options, and meeting with current students, faculty, and staff.
