This scholarship is available to all Copper River School District graduates (2009-2013) as well as graduating seniors of 2014. All details for the application, including a history of the scholarship and the life of Adrina Knutson, are attached below. The deadline to apply is March 30th.
Native American students ages 18-25 can apply for this program with the National Park Service. The Cultural Resources Diversity Internship Program (CRDIP) provides career exploration opportunities for future cultural resources professionals of diverse backgrounds. This scholarship application must be mailed to the Alaska Telephone Association in Anchorage, AK. Address is included on the application. You must be sponsored by an active or associate member, which means you must list Copper Valley Telephone on line 7 of the application. The application is attached below. Due April 11.

The Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) offers an annual college scholarship program to help further higher education among rural youth. FRS awards a one-time $2,500 scholarships to students from rural America for their first year of college, university or vocational-technical school. Applications must be signed by an authorized Copper Valley Telephone Cooperative representative. Contact CVTC for such a signature, and be sure to allow enough lead time.
