The Elmer & Ruth Schwantes Scholarship Fund awards scholarship(s) for study at colleges, universities, and trade and technical schools located in the United States. Scholarships for the 2015-2016 academic year will be one-year scholarships. The scholarship(s) will be awarded based upon a combination of need and merit. Scholarship awards for the 2015-2016
