While much of the information is specific to our Alaska Native students, there is also a lot of information applicable to all students. I encourage you to take a look at it. Note that there is a lot of scholarship information included (pages 19-32).
HotelsCheap.org is awarding a need-based scholarship of $1,500 to college students. We at Hotelscheap understand that financing your education can be difficult; as a result we would like to lend a hand. To apply for the scholarship, he or she must answer four personal, open-ended, and thought-provoking questions. The students whose responses are the most persuasive, compelling, and well-written, as judged by our Headquarters management team will be considered finalists. Must be at least 16 years old to apply. The Anchorage College & Career Fair is a great way to visit with many colleges in one place. Take a look at the schools planning to attend by clicking here. Students in grades 11 and 12 are eligible to participate in this school trip. Please fill out the attached documents and turn them into your school office by 3 pm, Oct. 17th. It is being held at the Egan Center on 5th Avenue.
