Native American students ages 18-25 can apply for this program with the National Park Service. The Cultural Resources Diversity Internship Program (CRDIP) provides career exploration opportunities for future cultural resources professionals of diverse backgrounds. The Truman D. Picard Scholarship Program is dedicated to the support of Native American students pursuing a higher education in Natural Resources. Click here for more information. Due January 17th!
To put yourself in line for college/training program scholarships and awards, you'll need to complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). The FAFSA is required for the APS (Alaska Performance Scholarship)! Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov to complete your application. Remember: The FAFSA must be completed BY FEBRUARY 15th to be eligible for University of Alaska system scholarships! Need some HELP completing the FAFSA? Check out this article for some suggestions! Application deadline for fall semester college attendees is JULY 15th. Spring semester scholarship applications are due by DECEMBER 15th.
