Rising high school sophomores, juniors and seniors may enroll in SCAD Summer Seminars, a program designed to facilitate students' exploration of a variety of creative disciplines across the SCAD curriculum. These workshops are available to residential or commuting students and offer opportunities to meet other talented teens from around the world and experience a taste of university life under the guidance of SCAD professors and graduate students. The Alaska Summer Research Academy (ASRA) offers engaging and in-depth experiences in science and engineering throughout the year.  During the summer, ASRA offers two 2-week academies, a residential High School program, and a day-only Middle School program.
